Sales Development Representative

Launchmetrics is in a rapid growth phase and we are looking for a qualified and competitive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The SDR is a critically important role within Launchmetrics. It is typically the "first" sales contact with prospective customers, and as our first ever in the Munich office, so there will be an opportunity to shape the role and have a critical impact. The SDR manages the inbound and outbound lead activity in their territory, qualifying active buying interest and developing opportunity for Account Executives. SDRs should conduct business dealings in a way that creates a superior prospect experience that will set the sale for an effective sales process. This key and integral role directly affects the ongoing success of Launchmetrics and offers an excellent opportunity to grow within the company.


  • Prospect, educate, qualify inbound and outbound leads to create sales-ready leads and opportunities.
  • Interact with prospects via telephone, email, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections.
  • Become a trusted resource and develop superior relationships with prospects.
  • Update prospect interaction in to ensure efficient lead management.
  • Consistently achieve qualified opportunity quotas to ensure territory revenue objectives.
  • Work with team, Account Executive and Sales Director to integrate on and constantly improve processes.
  • Know-how of Launchmetrics tools and marketing contents to optimize the outreach to prospective customers.
  • You will research benchmarking, network events and competitive offerings as well as collaborate with the team on new initiatives/processes to grow the business in Scandinavia.


  • 2-3 years experience in a Business Development and/or Sales or advertising role. A focus on Fashion or PR is preferred.
  • Track record in cold calling and interacting with prospects
  • Understanding of Fashion & PR industries and businesses
  • Experience with CRM software, particularly
  • Must have attention to detail
