Under the supervision of the Administrative and Financial Manager, the Sales Administrator will work closely with the sales team and the finance team to handle all client administrative and finance matters, including billing, collections, and assisting the accountant with revenue recognition. The Sales Administrator will communicate with clients directly on administrative matters, managing and resolving any problems or conflicts.


Main Duties (non-exhaustive list):

  • Creation / update of customer records and contracts, descriptions of products and prices in Salesforce CRM and Netsuite ERP.
  • Issuance invoices and credit notes in Netsuite ERP;
  • Monitoring of customers, collections and contracts; Collection of administrative documents for the creation of customer records.
  • Interacting with customers by phone and email.
  • Follow-up of collections, management of the factoring contract, collections dispute resolution and information feedback between the customers in question.
  • Development and analysis of KPIs related to the sales administration activity;
  • Establishment / updating of processes and participation in the development of tools to optimize those processes.


  • Degree in Business Administration and Management or Accounting and Finance.
  • Minimum experience of 3 years in a similar position, preferably in the IT sector (SAAS model). Accounting knowledge will be valued.

  • Fluency in English required (American parent company).
